We are getting asked about Teff flour a lot at the moment following some recent press reports.

Grown largely in Ethiopia, Teffs tiny seeds – the size of poppy seeds – are high in calcium, iron and protein, and boast an impressive set of amino acids.

Naturally gluten-free, Teff can substitute for wheat flour in just about anything from bread and pasta to pancakes and pizza bases.

By popular demand, we now stock Suma brown Teff flour.
