Flippin’ eck, pancake day has come around quick hasn’t it?

We have everything you need to make the pancakes of your choice from a dozen or more types of flour (including many gluten free flours) and a couple of different gluten free pancake mixes.

We have toppings galore including honey, agave syrup, pomegranate molasses, maple syrup, the lovely Highbank Orchard Syrup or Natasha’s wonderful Mayan chilli cacao spread.

I heard Neven Macguire on the radio this morning saying he puts a few drops of vanilla extract in his pancake batter – sounds lovely.
