Oh God, the year’s flying.  The October Bank Holiday is upon us already.

This is traditionally the weekend of “Stir up Sunday”, when the puddings, cakes and mincemeat are made for Christmas.

Its been amazing this week, the number of people who have been stocking up with their ingredients for a big baking session.

We have everything you need, including nuts, spices and more dried fruit than you could shake a stick at – dates, sultanas, raisins, currants, mixed peel, cherries, apricots, stem ginger – you name it.  We also have the best range of flour for miles, so if its wheat, spelt, gluten free or something more exotic, we can help.

The weather forecast for the weekend is dreadful, so just stay in and bake!
