We’ve been looking for ages for an Irish Organic Spelt flour at a reasonable price. So we are thrilled to have just taken delivery of a batch of Dunany Organic wholemeal spelt flour.

It comes in a simple brown paper bag with a lovely spelt soda bread recipe on the reverse.

Grown and stoneground at Dunany Farm in Togher, Co. Louth, it retails for just €3.75 per kilo.
