Its that time of year again when we’re starting to gear up for the Rude Health Show at the RDS in Dublin.  The show runs from 11th – 12th September and is Ireland’s premier natural health and products showcase.

Visitors to Rude Health can browse over 200 trade stands and choose from a programme of more than 50 lectures and demos. Big names lined up so far include Patrick Holford, Jan de Vries and Marian Glenville.

Entry for adults is normally €12.00, but we will have a number of free tickets to give away.  Drop in store to reserve your free ticket.
